By participating in OMNIconnect’s Affiliate Program:
You agree to be bound by OMNIconnect’s usual Terms and Conditions of Use and the following Terms and Conditions of OMNIconnects’s Affiliate Program:
The Program – To be classed as an Affiliate under OMNIconnect’s Affiliate Program:
OMNIconnect will apply a percentage of commission to the account of each eligible entity who refers a new customer to OMNIconnect, if that new customer signs up for a service and becomes a new customer of OMNIconnect. That percentage will vary depending on the service offered, and will be determined and confirmed in writing to the referring entity.
Acceptance – Acceptance to OMNIconnect’s Affiliate Program is solely at the discretion of Omniconnect. Applicants must refer a new customer to OMNIconnect who then signs up for a new service. The aforementioned service must be provisioned before it qualifies.
Services available on OMNIconnect’s Affiliate Program – Not all OMNIconnect services are covered by the Affiliate Program and it remains at Omniconnect’s discretion which services are included or excluded from the program.
Duration – Affiliate commissions may be terminated after 12 months if an Affiliate has not brought any new customers onboard.
If unused, commissions will expire 12 months from the date they were accrued.
Commissions will also expire if the account of the customer, to which the commission is allocated, is terminated or cancelled by either the customer or OMNIconnect.
Using Commission – Once an Affiliate has accrued a minimum available commission balance of $30.00 to their account, they may withdraw that commission. They may do this by clicking on the “Request Withdrawal” button in their account portal on the Affiliate page. An Affiliate will need to accrue a minimum available balance of $30.00 each time they wish to withdraw their balance.
Once a new customer’s service has been provisioned, commissions are classed as available to the referring Affiliate 7 days from the date we receive payment for that service.
The withdrawn commission will be applied as a credit to any existing services the Affiliate has with OMNIconnect. If the Affiliate does not have any services with OMNIconnect, the commision will be paid into the Affiliate’s bank account (banking details will need to be provided).
Any tax, liability, or duty incurred by an Affiliate arising from that Affiliate’s participation in the OMNIconnect’s Affiliate Program is the responsibility of the customer.
Terms may change – OMNIconnect may change these Terms of OMNIconnect’s Affiliate Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email of changes to the Terms of OMNIconnect’s Affiliate Program, and current versions of OMNIconnect’s Terms and Conditions of Use will be available at any time on OMNIconnect’s web page.
OMNIconnect will not be liable to you or to any customer for the termination of OMNIconnect’s Affiliate Program, for any reason whatsoever, including (without limitation) for any commission in your account at the time of termination.
Any liability that OMNIconnect may have to any affiliate or customer in negligence, breach of contract or otherwise, and all conditions and warranties as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by OMNIconnect whether express or implied by statute, are excluded to the extent permitted by law, and, where liability cannot be excluded, OMNIconnect’s liability to any affiliate or customer will in all cases be limited to:
- the cost of re-supplying the goods or services or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods;
- reinstating the commission in dispute; or
- where the dispute relates to a service, the commission required to redeem the reward.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
