I cannot browse the Internet or Receive Email...


1. Restart your computer, this will reinitialize network connectivity.

2. Is the Network Cable firmly inserted in your computer? If not, Unplug and then firmly reseat the Network Cable.

3. Trace the Network Cable to the power plug Remove the power plug, and then reinsert into wall socket – this resets the radio.

4 Is there a green light on the power plug when inserted into wall socket? If not, this indicates a fault in the power supply and will need to be replaced. If this is the case, please email support, or call 03 9770 3333.
